Aspart of a cross-functional team, we are looking for support for theimplementation and further development of the Qualtrics XM surveysoftware.

Your tasks

• Manage the Qualtricsplatform including the creation and management of user accounts,access rights and the configuration of settings, functions andinterfaces
• Build technical frameworks,including library structure, in relation to questionnaires
• Develop and build survey standards on theQualtrics platform, including training delivery
• Design, program and conduct customer satisfaction andbrand perception surveys and analyses
• Configure the Qualtrics platform according to stakeholder needs

Your profile

• Completed studies ideally with a focus oncomputer science
• Relevant knowledge ofQualtricsXM, Java and HTML
• Experience withthe development and design of customer surveys, especially for weband app
• Methodical expertise in conductingmulti-layered analyses and building dashboards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to take responsibility for yourown actions
