- Demonstrable experience in managing and setting up analytical tools, processes and reporting procedures for website, social media and earned and paid media.
- Experience managing third party agencies.
- Proven track record in delivering best in class UX experiences.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Digital Management or on a pathway to management.
- Motivated and driven by purpose and aligned to ISPCC culture, values and ambitions.
- Demonstrating an empowered mindset and energised to take initiative to support the wider organisation to enable teams achieve shared ISPCC goals.

- Experience in building and sustainable relationships.
