As VP Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial and operational trajectory of the company, collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth and success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.
    • Oversee the company's financial model, ensuring alignment with the financial plan and effective management of cash resources.
    • Lead and scale all finance functions.
    • Foster a data-centric approach to drive growth.
    • Craft operational and financial strategies.
    • Develop analytical frameworks for performance evaluation.
    • Take the lead on all facets of diligence and negotiation processes related to corporate development and M&A.
    • Provide support for fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success as a finance leader in growth environments.
    • Expertise in software revenue recognition and Enterprise-grade sales preferred.
    • A demonstrated track record as a finance leader during periods of sustained growth.
    • Ideally, a history of success in fast-growing companies, with expertise in software revenue recognition and Enterprise-grade customer sales.
    • Strong educational background with a successful finance qualification preferred.
    • Proficiency in quantitative analysis and contemporary data tools.
    • Experience implementing operational rigor while driving top and bottom-line growth.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, operations, and product teams to foster innovation and drive commercial excellence.
