Senior IT Risk Business Analyst - Dublin, Ireland - The Panel Group

This role reports into the Senior IT Risk Manager and works in the IT Risk workstream. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the DORA Act program of work.

You will build strong working relationships with business partners and across the business at all levels to aid effective collaboration and communication & common understanding of project objectives, timelines and deliverables as well as required actions.

The ideal candidates will have a good understanding of IT frameworks within regulated financial services sector and background in:
IT Risk / Risk Operations background, 1st line and/or 2nd line. Experience in working with NIST, COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001. Strong Cyber Security & Technical Regulatory Compliance experience. Risk framework documentation.


Key Areas include:

Engage with stakeholders, bring them along the journey ( excellent communications, influencing skills) Requirements gathering and analysis from DORA Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS).

Take ownership and manage the process of the uplift of existing IT Risk Policy, frameworks & procedures and to incorporate regulatory requirements.

Work with stakeholders to communicate effectively on the changes to these documents so the changes are aligned with Business Unit and 2nd line / 3rd line expectations.

Support the operational delivery to ensure DORA Compliance.
