    Coffee Shop Assistant Required

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Newbarn Farm in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and coffee shop areas.
    • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to HACCP procedures.
    • Receive, record and check deliveries, monitoring and rotating stock effectively.
    • Minimize kitchen waste by accurately measuring ingredients and portions.
    • Assist in all sections of the kitchen, keeping areas clean and tidy.

    Requirements:

    • Previous kitchen experience essential.
    • Good working knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP procedures.
    • Ability to work weekends (9am-4pm Wed-Sat, 11am-4pm Sun).

    Benefits:

    • Competitive hourly rate: €15.00-€17.00 per hour.
    • 35 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule.
