    About the job

    As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will help customers of Google Ad Manager with complex technical troubleshooting. Through your work with customers and the product, you will identify opportunities for process and product improvements. You use these insights to propose and work on technical or non-technical projects to improve our operations. In this role, you will be part of Global Customer Care, a team that supports millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting with customers, we work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services both for our team and for our customers.

    This role may require occasional on-call rotations to allow us to provide support to our users outside of normal business hours.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality technical solutions to our customers' problems, troubleshooting their issues, providing technical guidance, and performing implementation reviews.
    • Advocate new product features and ensure the resolution of technical challenges.
    • Work to improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering teams.
    • Develop scalable solutions to business problems, streamline processes, and develop automated solutions.
