    Job Overview

    The Product Builder is responsible for manufacturing products following company procedures and goals.

    Shift Information:

    • Day Shift: Mon - Thur 7am - 3.30pm & Fri 7.10am - 12.45pm
    • Evening Shift: Mon - Thur 3.30pm - 12am & Fri 12.35pm - 6.10pm (20% Premium)
    • Night Shift: Mon - Thur 12am - 7am & Sun 8pm - 7am (33% Premium)
    • Weekend Days: Sat & Sun 6am - 6pm (20% Premium)
    • Weekend Nights: Fri & Sat 6pm - 6am (33% Premium)
    • ProX Line: Unique line at TE allowing more time off with alternating 3-day and 4-day weeks. Overtime available on designated weeks.
    • Pro X Days 1: Mon, Tue, Wed, and every second Sun (day shifts 06:00 – 18:00)
    • Pro X Days 2: Thur, Fri, Sat, and every second Sun (day shifts 06:00 – 18:00)
    • ProX Nights 1: Sun, Mon, Tue, and every second Sat (night shifts 18:00-06:00)
    • ProX Nights 2: Wed, Thur, Fri, and every second Sat (night shifts 18:00-06:00)

    Job Responsibilities (1/2)

    • Consistently meet customer requirements
    • Handle small and fragile products
    • Inspect product during assembly
    • Maximize output efficiency
    • Be innovative
    • Use computerized equipment
    • Maintain housekeeping and Safety standards
    • Demonstrate a quality culture

    Job Responsibilities (2/2)

    • Be flexible and open to learning
    • Collaborate within the team
    • Train new Product Builders
    • Support product and process development
    • Work as part of a team to reach targets
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
    • Follow instructions from Supervisors

    Qualifications

    • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification preferable
    • Over 18 years old
    • Fluent English
    • Dexterity and attention to detail

    Key Requirements

    • Experience in Medical Device industry advantageous
    • Manufacturing experience preferred
    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
    • Ability to work in a technical environment
    • Technical aptitude
    • Initiative-driven
    • Target-driven environment experience beneficial
    • Computer literacy a plus
    • Good timekeeping and attendance
    • Team player
