    Director, Deploy Products, Strategic Vendor ManagementOverview The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, and data-driven information and risk management services. Within the Data & Services organization, the Consulting and Innovation Services (CIS) organization is focused on creating, evolving, and delivering superior consulting and innovation products. Under CIS organization, Deploy product team creates, launches and scales consulting products that executes the client strategies, business transformation initiatives, innovation outcomes, as well as implementation and integration of new products, platforms and services;; with strong focus on quality, on budget and on time executions. Deploy Product Management team is looking for a Manager to support drive the partner management field of activities, which involves managing the external partner supplier ecosystem, driving the strategic plan to onboard new partners, extend relationships with partners to new geographies, as well as increase the awareness of partners and their solutions within Mastercard workforce. The focus of the role involves interaction with partners that have system integration capabilities, human outsourcing capabilities, as well as provide new digital platforms to enhance the client technical architecture and digital propositions. The client base for the partners include financial services industry such as banks, neobanks, and fintechs; and industries with financial services / embedded finance exposure such as merchants, telcos, and governments. Role

    • Understand the set of products, services and growth strategies developed by Deploy product teams and their needs for different type of partners

    • Create a clear vendor partner commercial strategy including P&L impact, risk assessment

    • Work with Deploy product leads and external solution partners to define, implement, and test solutions to provide configurable and bespoke project management and technical implementation services to clients at different layers of their technology stack (e.g., channels, back-end, organizational transformation)

    • Search the existing Mastercard partner ecosystem such as Mastercard Engage and Startpath programs, prioritize the partners to be onboarded to D&S

    • Scout the external partner ecosystem in critical technology areas such as digital payments, digital transformation, open banking, blockchain and AI; establish connections with the companies to understand their solutions and their applicability to Deploy domain

    • Maintain an annual list of prioritized partners to be onboarded and follow their onboarding activities with internal Mastercard teams (e.g. procurement, legal, risk, data privacy, etc)

    • Ensure the speedy onboarding process of partners and extension to their services to multiple regions

    • Execute the internal GTM strategy and internal marketing of partners to D&S business development and client services teams; as well as counterparts in wider Mastercard organization

    • Establish himself/herself as a global go-to-person to act as proxy between partners and D&S business development and client services colleagues

    • Establish and oversee a platform / database for D&S employees to search for partners in different capability areas and access their contact information and credentials

    • Maintain the global P&L that D&S drives value from each year on different geographies All About You
    • Strong understanding of financial and payments industry value chain dynamics and interactions between different players and their technical platforms

    • Previous experience in partner management for consulting and/or implementation solutions including building new partnerships, scaling existing partnerships and P&L management

    • Experience in partnership management and adaptation of solutions to local customer needs (e.g., regulation, localization, etc.)

    • Experience in working with procurement and legal teams to onboard new suppliers to a large organization; crafting Statement of Work (SOW) documents, as well as opening PO requests for prospective engagements

    • Entrepreneur mindset – ability to drive repeatable solutions from custom implementations and build new products that have product-market fit as well as feasibility and scalability

    • Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently

    • Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and the ability to produce clear, compelling narratives

    • Strong project management skills – strong organization and task management are expected

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Data and financial analysis skills and experience

    • Strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally

    • Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks

    • Some travel will be required in order to build and scale products and solutions globally as well as drive market presence and external communications
