    Job Description:

    A seasoned Program Manager with expertise in Compliance is sought after by a leading Tech Company.

    This role is ideal for an individual with 5 years of experience working in Compliance/Regulation & Project Management, possessing a deep understanding of functional compliance areas at a product or risk level (privacy, content, etc.)

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute prioritised project work, selecting appropriate methods to achieve project objectives and identifying compliance risks.
    • Demonstrate the ability to deliver full pieces of a project that are integrated into overarching projects with minimal assistance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinating timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned components.
    • Show willingness to challenge the status quo, taking informed risks to drive more effective, efficient, and systemic analysis and problem-solving.
    • IDentify and document compliance program deficiencies, including procedures to report findings to business stakeholders and executive leadership.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Ability to understand data analysis regarding compliance and regulatory processes or statistics.
    • Knowledge of risk and control frameworks to create business value and minimise risk.
    • Understanding of project planning methodology, deployment planning process, and sequence.
    • Ability to create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of expectations and agreed objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain metrics reporting for leadership, including regularly recurring reports.
    • Leverage metrics to identify trends and diagnose effectiveness of compliance programs.
    • Coordinate with the Compliance ecosystem to ensure employees' knowledge and commitment to compliance-related policies, expectations, and requirements.
    • Contribute to the development and successful delivery of actionable data.
    • Design, coordinate, and execute risk assessments to identify key risks and prioritise program efforts for the Compliance function and areas of focus across the Compliance ecosystem.

    Requirements:

    Analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong ethical judgement and integrity, with the ability to translate company obligations into controls and business processes/requirements.

    They will be able to design, implement, and monitor effective compliance programs, leveraging relevant approaches, technologies, and methodologies to present findings both verbally and in writing.
