Description
The primary duties include handling invoices, receipts and payments, assisting with the management of stock, cash and controls. Providing administrative support to company accountant and Hotel General Manager Provding support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and reconciliations. They also perform cashiers functions by verifying receipts and deposits, preparing and maintaining financial records.Some duties include:
Handling sales invoices, receipts, income and payments Assisting with financial statements to reflect income and expenses Assisting tax returns, such as value-added tax returns Performing credit checks on the organisations new clients and business partners Reconciling bank statements and the general ledger Performing administrative duties, including filing, photocopying and taking minutes during meetings Calculating and entering expenditures Managing cash, petty cash and assisting in stock controls Skills: Computer Skills Cash Handling Attention to detail
