Main Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering their development and providing guidance on best practices to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Graduate in an engineering or related scientific discipline
* Minimum 5 years of management experience leading facilities and technical departments in manufacturing organizations
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental legislation
* Excellent communication, team building, negotiation, recruitment, and budget preparation skills
