- Collaborate with the sports-science team to provide support to end-users through set-up calls, workshops, and ongoing assistance.
- Attend in-person meetings at our headquarters in Dublin (NovaUCD) to engage with the wider team and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Test, prepare, and facilitate the delivery of Output tech to our community of sports practitioners, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Contribute to the resolution of technical issues and improvements, providing high-quality service across multiple support channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, fostering collaboration with both internal team members and end users.
- Work autonomously and independently, demonstrating reliability in organisational and logistical tasks.
- Utilise your sports-related qualification (e.g., S&C, Sports-Science, Physio) and experience in the sports industry to enhance our offerings and meet the needs of our users.
- Bachelor's degree in S&C, Exercise Science, Rehab, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Certification such as UKSCA, NSCA, CSCS preferred.
- At least two years experience working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
- Strong knowledge of sports science principles, with an understanding of how technology integrates into training.
- Ability to conduct thorough athlete assessments and leverage technology for data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in designing customized training programs, utilizing both traditional methods and sports technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both athletes and tech team members.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in sports technology.
- Ethical conduct and respect for athlete welfare, maintaining confidentiality of data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced tech environment.
