    Sales and Service Professional

    To continue our growth and expansion, we require a truly exceptional Sales and Service Professional to join our team at Flannels. This role involves providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that all customers are greeted with a sincere and warm welcome. Key responsibilities include asking open questions to find out customers' needs, recommending products, and processing transactions efficiently. Additionally, this role requires staying up-to-date with the latest trends and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.

    Key Responsibilities
    • To greet customers with a sincere and warm welcome
    • To ask open questions and find out customers' needs
    • To recommend and select the correct merchandise for customers' needs
    • To provide information about in-store offers and promotions
    • To receive and process cash and card transactions
    • To stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge
