    Job Title: Quality Assurance Student / Quality Executive

    Job Purpose:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality team as a Quality Assurance Student/Quality Executive. The successful candidate will work closely with the Quality team to maintain quality standards throughout the company.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in investigating non-conformances, participate in root cause analysis, and conduct quality reviews of non-conformances.
    2. Prepare and revise cGMP documentation as required, including annual product reviews, standard operating procedures, product specifications, technical reports, and protocols.
    3. SUPPORT THE SITE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INCLUDING NON-CONFORMANCE AND CAPA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, CHANGE CONTROL SYSTEM, INTERNAL AUDITING PROGRAMS, GMP TRAINING, CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
    4. Participate in and facilitate continuous improvement projects as required.
    5. Control and store retain samples, including periodic retain inspections.
    6. Participate fully in cross-functional training initiatives.
    7. Demonstrate corporate values of Takeda-ism within the workplace.
    8. Foster a safety-aware culture where safety is an integral part of the business.
    9. Ensure timely completion of all SOPs, reading, training, and assessment.
    10. Perform other duties as required by the relevant manager or officer appointed by the Board of Directors.

    Requirements:

    • Studying towards a degree in a scientific discipline or relevant course.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable but not essential.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, flexible, organized, and a good team player with the ability to prioritize own work based on departmental and site requirements.
