The role involves reviewing and assessing automotive technical claims, determining if they are covered by warranty or insurance policies, and communicating with customers, clients and repair shops to resolve claims.

The Automotive Technical Claims Assessor will also be responsible for providing technical support to customers and repair shops, and collaborating with other teams within the company.

Qualifications Automotive technical knowledge and experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in claims assessment and insurance policies Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or significant hands on experience in the field Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with automotive parts and repairs is a must.
