    Description
    Excel Recruitment are seeking a seasoned professional Bar Manager for a flagship Pub in Dublin.

    The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the owners and will be responsible for the management of the food and beverage operation.

    Requirements of the Bar Manager Previous experience in a managerial role with a proven track record and a deep understanding of the industry Have an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.

    Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and mentor a passionate team. Time management and organisational skills. Deep knowledge of food & beverage trends, mixology techniques, and best practices. Computer literacy. Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends. Responsibilities of the Bar Manager Ensure that impeccable service standards are always maintained, exceeding guest expectations.

    Along with the Head Chef curate and review an exceptional food & beverage menu, featuring signature dishes, cocktails, and premium spirits.

    Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost sales and profitability. Draw up staff rosters within the allocated budget. Create and implement training programs to continuously elevate the skills and knowledge of our team. Ensure the highest hygiene standards are maintained in and around the premises and checklists are updated. Manage budgets, expenses, and optimize profitability without compromising quality. Cash handling, card transactions, banking transactions, and sales reporting.
