    Role Overview:

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing existing client relationships, primarily focusing on car, home, and van insurance policies.

    Additionally, they will be responsible for generating leads through cross-selling opportunities for the firms Life & Pensions and Health products.

    The ideal candidate will embody energy, motivation, and discipline, along with a positive "can-do" attitude.


    Responsibilities:
    Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets Generating leads through cross-selling of Life & Pensions & Health products Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments Delivering Excellent Customer Service Maintaining the highest compliance standards Key Qualifications &

    Skills:
    CIP or APA Personal General Insurance certification Experience with RELAY software is desired but not essential Proficient Microsoft Office skills are desired
