    Description

    We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Healthcare Assistant in Clondalkin and Tallaght areas. Our team provides exceptional care in the home, making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

    Your Duties

    • Preparing or assisting with meal and drink preparation
    • Light household tasks including dusting, laundry, washing up, and vacuuming
    • Personal care, encompassing washing, bathing, showering, and toileting
    • Supporting with the administration of medication
    • Assisting clients with morning and bedtime routines
    • Shopping for essential needs
    • Maintaining accurate records of your daily activities

    Requirements

    • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential; must be able to commute around the area as this is a home-to-home role
    • Full QQI 5 major Healthcare Support Award and/or QQI Care Skills and Care of the Elderly
    • Must be enrolled, completing, or have completed QQI Care Skills and Care of the Elderly
