    Job Title: Home Care Assistants

    We are seeking experienced healthcare workers and/or QQI qualified individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants in County Sligo.

    About the Role:

    • Deliver high-quality care and support to disabled and elderly clients in their own homes.
    • Assist with personal care, household tasks, and provide emotional support.
    • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered care.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients and families to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Requirements:

    • QQI Level 5 Modules in Care Skills/Support and Caring for the Elderly (or equivalent qualification) OR at least 1 year's paid experience delivering personal care in a healthcare setting.
    • Availability to work every second weekend or alternatively every Saturday or Sunday.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to help vulnerable people.
    • Full driver's licence and own transport.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Market leading hourly rates starting from €13.50 per hour Mon – Sat (€20.25 per hour for two 30-minute calls back to back).
    • Minimum of €16.87 per hour on Sundays.
    • Emergency covers and specific challenging clients: minimum of €16.87 per hour.
    • Bank Holidays: minimum of €27.00 per hour.
