    Description

    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the project delivery process, ensuring efficient and accurate production of BIM models and their integration into construction workflows.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Model Coordination: Oversee creation, management, and coordination of BIM models across various disciplines, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    2. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycle.
    3. Clash Detection: Conduct regular clash detection exercises and coordinate resolving identified issues, ensuring seamless integration of all building systems.
    4. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to maintain high-quality models and documentation.
    5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes, fostering culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including model audits, clash reports, and coordination meeting minutes.
    7. Software Utilization: Utilize industry-standard BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, to develop and manage models.

    Qualifications

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM Coordinator role within construction or engineering industry.
    3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience with other relevant tools like BIM 360 is plus.
    4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and best practices, including clash detection and model coordination.
    5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in team-oriented environment.
    6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen eye for detail.
    7. Certification: Relevant BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are advantageous.
