Service Delivery Manager / Site Manager

Location : County Cork

The Site Manager is accountable for overall delivery of the business for Covalen based in Cork. Managing the service delivered to our client onsite, developing business relationships, meeting and stretching financial and performance targets. The Site Manager will be an integral contributor to Covalen, working within and promoting the Company Values – Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud, Exceed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Is accountable for the delivery of service to our client, including SLA, KPI and headcount delivery, along with the ongoing analysis of results and implementation of improvements and action plans to enhance client's experience.
• Will be accountable for leadership, development, and ongoing management of the team supervisors.He/she will also be required to recognize and identify key talent, nurture, mentor and develop managers to progress within Covalen.
• He/she will require operational knowledge, excellent motivation/management skills and the vision to drive and communicate the company's goals and strategies throughout the organization to deliver the required services and achieve growth, revenue and profit targets.
• He / she will be accountable for the creation and delivery of service within budget and implementing cost saving when required.
• He/she will be required to own and participate in projects to assist in improving the ongoing delivery of service by Covalen.
• Will be required to be flexible in their working environment and adaptable to a range of activities in any given day .

Candidate Experience:

· A bachelor's degree in science or a related field is desired.

·3+ year experience in a senior management position .

·3+ in a pharmaceutical or related service driven industry.

· Proven track record in operational delivery.

· Financial management skills.

· Able to work independently and collaboratively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute decision with judgment and discretion.

· Strategic planning skills.

· Experience successfully managing and cultivating and extend business relationships with clients.

· Excellent communication skills in the English language, both in terms of writing presentations, pitch proposals, selling ideas and insights verbally.An additional language an advantage.

· Possesses a drive for results through accountability and execution.

· Flexibility to travel to company events, conferences, Covalen locations.
