    Description
    Accounts Assistant required. Part-time role - 25 hours a week. Temporary contract to cover leave.


    Duties:
    Process all purchase invoices - match to PO's and GRN's, code correctly and post to Xero. Post and allocate payments to suppliers. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries arising. Liaise with subcontractors re rates/invoices, etc. Organise motor tax for company fleet. Assist with processing of sales invoices. Answering phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers. Other administrative duties as required.


    Requirements:
    Excellent interpersonal skills. Good working knowledge of Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
