Cavan. As a Night Supervisor,you will manage the growing night shift. You will oversee night activities, line productivity and drive overall performance and engagement. You will report to the Production Manager. This is a great opportunity to join an established company in a fast-paced and growing environment. Our client is offering an excellent salary. This is a permanent position.Responsibilities:
Driving productivity on the night shift end ensuring all processes are followed. Managing and liaising with the shift team leaders to address any issues. Managing the production line using TPM and Continuous Improvement. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality and discipline in a supportive environment. Create effortless communication through the organisation with critical focus on your value chain.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Manufacturing/Quality/Engineering or relative field. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.] Experience of managing a team in a similar role. Excellent communication skills.
