- Graduate degree in a computer science related field with a minimum of 10 years of software development experience.
- Java Enterprise Edition Professional Certification.
- Experience in working directly with customers.
- BFSI domain knowledge & Payments Systems background.
- Have strong architectural knowledge of Mulesoft
- Have strong Mulesoft implementation and support experience
- Be experienced at Mulesoft tuning
- Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience of Mule High Availability Clusters
- Be able to actively track processing at Linux level if required i.e. can operate independently of the environments team if required without putting further pressure on them
- Proven track record in troubleshooting/analysis of this type of issue.
- Have a good knowledge of banking domain and can adapt easily to new tools and technology.
- Have knowledge about agile ways of working and using tools like JIRA, confluence etc.
- Lesioning with the Product Owner and Other relevant stakeholders to create user stories/epics and define acceptance criteria.
- Analysing the requirements and document them in JIRA in forms of stories.
- Explaining the requirements to the scrum team and answering queries.
