We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising employers on their recruitment processes, providing expert guidance and support to help them find and hire talented individuals.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to meet their goals. This includes understanding the employer's brand, attraction, and recruitment processes as well as GTI's platform and services.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also have experience in high-volume recruitment processes, digital marketing campaigns, or B2B sales functions.
