    As the Agile Project Manager you will work with several Agile delivery teams, with focus on Project Coordination & Alignment, Cross-Team Facilitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Project Planning & Communication & Reporting.

    The Role

    • Project Coordination & Alignment: Implement Agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to best practices, promoting iterative development, and aligning projects with Agile principles.
    • Cross-Team Facilitation: Act as a liaison among teams, fostering collaboration & ensuring activities synchronize cohesively across departments.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their input aligns with project goals and Agile processes.
    • Project Planning: Coordinate Agile project planning, oversee best practices, and adapt strategies to meet changing project needs while adhering to enterprise standards.
    • Communication & Reporting: Ensure transparent communication among teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports following Agile reporting standards.

    What you offer

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Proven track record in Agile project coordination/management, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and cross-team facilitation.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Certification in Project Management, Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Certified ScrumMaster).
    • Experience with collaborative project management tools.
    • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and promote Agile culture.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering collaboration.
