    Description

    CMMS Maximo Administrator

    The successful candidate's responsibilities will include

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory GMP, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
    • Manage engineering changes using the Maximo service request application.
    • Manage user setups and support requests (80+ users)
    • Provide Maximo support to the project data entry team
    • Maximo led uploading of engineering data (BRIE and individual)
    • Assist with maximizing the use of Maximo functionality to match the maintenance program.
    • Optimise work tasks, and collect spare parts, tools, or other service requirements.
    • Work with site scheduler to develop crews and labour resources within Maximo
    • First point of contact for Maximo issues
    • Develop suitable reports for site KPIs.
    • Maximo led in decommissioning of old site data
    • Maximo lead the team in recommissioning of existing site utilities
    • Running applicable reports in Maximo and pulling documents together for meetings and audits.
    • Assist with collection of data and maintenance job plans for equipment and systems.
    • Develop and update suitable SOPs for Maximo use on-site across all functions.
    • Liaising with the project handover team to ensure that the correct information is captured.
    • Maintain, scan and upload documents into the share point or other data repositories
    • Running applicable reports in Maximo and pulling documents together for meetings and audits.

    The successful candidate will have

    • Level 8 Qualification in Maintenance / Engineering discipline or equivalent
    • 2+ years' experience in a process plant or other industry in maintenance or operations support role
    • Experience in CMMS (Maximo) Administrator
    • Self-motivated with high attention to detail
    • Safety and Quality First Mentality
    • Strong communications, organizational and analytical skills
    • Experience in training CMMS users with previous experience with maintenance plans and schedules
    • Attention to detail
    • Customer Service required
