    Requirements

    • 5-7 years of experience in high-volume recruitment/sourcing, with crowd sourcing recruiting experience preferred
    • Proven ability to execute successful sourcing strategies across multiple platforms & locations
    • Experience in building, managing, and mentoring a remote team of sourcing professionals in multiple locations
    • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in English written and spoken communication
    • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize sourcing efforts
    • Adaptability in working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing project needs
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities effectively and efficiently
