Job Description
A Quality Technician is required for our client, a Cork based leading designer and manufacturer of high reliability electronic motor control solutions.
THE ROLE
Identification and implementation of quality improvements through analysis of quality yields, process performance, controls, documentation etc.
Review and update quality assurance documentation.
Performing First Article Inspections.
Supporting Quality Engineering in processing quality related data and records.
Supporting Quality Engineering in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Conducting internal product, process and quality management systems audits as part of the Internal Audit team.
Act as site calibration chairman and responsible for maintaining and managing calibration programs for equipment requiring periodic calibration.
Requirements
Minimum NFQ level 6 Certificate / Diploma in in Quality, Engineering, or Science.
Minimum 2 years working experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
