- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and fit-outs, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept through to completion, including planning permission applications, sourcing and appointing architects, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring competitive bidding, and selection of contractors and suppliers.
- Act as the primary liaison between Coastline Gaming and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate facilities management tasks, including routine safety checks, maintenance work, and liaising with handymen for retail location repairs.
- Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, budget status, and risk management.
- Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a Construction related degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of building maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Full clean driving license and the ability to travel as needed to various project sites.
