Our client a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking a Property Solicitor to join their tier 1 property team.

The Role
The team advise domestic and international investors, financial institutions, developers, retailers and owners/occupiers across the full range of real estate transactions including: investment sales and acquisitions; loan portfolio transfers; real estate funds; development deals; lease transactions and real estate finance.

The Person

• Newly qualified to 3 years PQE with experience of working in a leading commercial property team
• Strong academic track record and technical expertise
• Highly analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client focused and committed to exceeding client expectations
• Collaborative with the ability to build internal and external relationships
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Team player who can work on own initiative when required
