    Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in County Cork and surrounding counties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality person-centred care to residents.
    • Develop relationships with residents, understanding their interests and needs, and providing attention, support, and companionship.
    • Maintain residents' personal appearance and hygiene while upholding their dignity.
    • Organise and participate in social activities to enhance resident well-being.
    • Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the home.
    • Assist in ensuring Health and Safety protocols are upheld.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare (or equivalent) or currently in progress.
    • Experience working in a healthcare environment is essential.
    • Excellent communication skills are required.
    • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Valid eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
    • Fluent level of English, both written and oral.
