Dublin 22 – fully onsite

€50 – 55k + €15 – 20k bonus

A great opportunity has come about with this leading Irish health & wellness organisation as they are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to lead their sales team to new heights.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of inside sales representatives, fostering a positive and high-performance culture. You will act as a strategic advisor to set standards, drive sales, and ensure both B2B and B2C customer needs are met.

• Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team, focusing on skill development and product knowledge.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse sales reports and metrics to enforce initiatives that drive the team towards achieving KIPs.
• Outbound Sales Transition: Spearhead the transition of the team into a more outbound-focused sales model, driving proactive customer engagement.
• Customer Focus: Ensure a high level of service for both B2B and B2C customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Initiative Implementation: Implement initiatives to support overall business priorities and enhance sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in outbound sales with 3+ years' experience as a sales team lead or manager in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Ability to analyse sales data and reports to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
• Experience managing multiple KPIs and driving a results-oriented approach within a team.
• An interest in the health and fitness industry, with a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
