    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in problem-solving and working to tight deadlines, upholding the highest level of confidentiality and demonstrating a proven ability to use initiative.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the recruitment process, including CV logging, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and reference checking.
    • Provide professional advisory support to employees on all aspects of employee relations.
    • Monitor and respond to HR email inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Administer staff payrolls and associated reports.
    • Manage the SoftWorks time and attendance system.
    • Update and maintain accurate employee records in both hard and soft copy.
    • Maintain and update health, safety, and training records.
    • Perform general HR-related administration duties.
    • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and change initiatives as required.
    • Support management with travel arrangements, agenda preparation, and presentation development.
    • Assist with organizing company social events.

    Requirements:

    • A third-level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
    • Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
    • Previous experience working with Sage Micropay and SoftWorks or other ERP systems is an advantage.
    • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Integrity and sensitivity.
    • A high level of drive, enthusiasm, and resilience with the ability to work under pressure.
