    Senior Financial Analyst

    My client, a Mayo based technology company with global operations have an intention to hire an experienced Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This position will be fully onsite. The candidate will be qualified/part qualified with a min 3-5 years' experience.Strong interest in financial & business analysis.

    The candidate will be part of the FP&A team reporting to the Group Finance Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate that wants to broaden and develop their skill set.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Producing Cashflow Forecasts, Working Capital Management Analysis, Cash Conversion and other key KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) indicative of Business Performance.

    · Performing cost analysis within the Group and reviewing same with manager

    · Liaising with other sub teams in finance to obtain monthly management accounts packs and to support with the review these packs.

    · Benchmarking of KPI's vs an external comparison

    · Working with Internal Business Partners – reviewing their costings and updating allocations where necessary.

    · Liaising with these Business Partners to help them understand key cost and business driver, and monitor trends.

    · Support the Budget & Forecasting process as well as preparing Annual Overheads Budget as part of the Group Budgeting Process

    · Run reports from multiple systems including Qlikview, CRM, SAP and provide insights to leadership.

    · Working in collaboration with the Finance Managers on specific projects and ad hoc financial analysis.

    · Responsible for mentoring junior members of the team as and when required.

    EXPERIENCE

    · Qualified/Part qualified ACA, ACCA, AICPA & CIMA with 3-5 years' experience.

    · Good understanding of Financial Structure, i.e. P&L, Balance Sheets and cashflow.

    · Pro-active attitude with the ability to problem solve.

    · Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

    · Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis

    · Familiarity with models and data analytics tools an advantage.

    · Ability to work and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

    · Good communication skills and working in and participating in team environments.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft an essential, especially Excel a key requirement.
