    Description

    Fexco Drive Operations are currently recruiting for a Service & Security Management Analyst to join their team. This role is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work from our offices based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry with flexibility to work a hybrid model.

    Job Purpose

    As a key part of the Operations and Security team, the Service and Security Management Analyst will work in a team that supports the implementation and management of service and security management best practices and controls to achieve optimal customer service and industry certifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the business and IT management frameworks and engage with a variety of stakeholders.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Ensure all documentation and evidence required is kept up to date and readily available in the right location (processes, policies, SOPs, etc.).
    • Ensure required KPIs are in place and collect data to produce reporting packs for management reviews.
    • Manage ISO repository locations (Teams/SharePoint).
    • Contribute to the maintenance of ISO certifications, liaising with Internal Audit to organise, carry out and document ISO internal audits including observations, issues, risks, and recommendations.
    • Support the team in designing, documenting, maintaining, and improving the knowledge management lifecycle.
    • Instil, promote, support and maintain a continuous improvement culture.
    • Keep abreast of trends and innovations, to further optimise Service and Security Management practices and improve the customer experience.

    Qualifications / Experience Required:

    • Third level qualification in a relevant IT discipline or equivalent level of experience in the workplace.
    • ITIL v3 or 4 qualification or equivalent industry experience.
    • Broad industry experience in Service/Security management and process design.
    • Implementation of key performance indicators and creation of reports/dashboards to measure service and process performance.
    • Internal or external auditing experience preferred.
