A client of mine, based in Swords is looking for a temporary clerical officer for a 1 year contract.
This is an immediate start role, €15.33 P/h, Monday to Friday 35 hours per week.
As a clerical officer you must be very detailed orientated, have strong admin skills and proficiency in MS office. Excellent telephone manner and communication are a must. You will maintain a neat, professional working environment.
Your profile:
You have previous experience of administration tasks, such as scanning, filing, franking, label printing etc. You will have a friendly personality and absolute fluency in written and spoken English and are eligible to work in Ireland.
Very strong administration/invoicing experience include excellent Excel skills are a must for this role.
