    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide high standards of emotional, social, and personal care to clients, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
    2. Accurately record client information and maintain up-to-date records.
    3. Engage in continuous training and upskilling applicable to the role, ensuring the highest level of competence and expertise.
    4. Implement and review client care plans, working closely with clients and their families to ensure personalized support.
    5. Offer practical and emotional support to clients in a professional and respectful manner.

    Requirements:

    1. Hold QQI level 5 - Care skills and Care of the Elderly qualification or equivalent.
    2. Be fully reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities.
    3. Possess a full clean driver's license and have access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.
    4. Exhibit flexibility and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
    5. Demonstrate a caring and kind disposition, providing a person-centered approach to client care.
    6. possess excellent communication and practical skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
    7. Have some experience and training in healthcare support (desirable).
    8. Be available for weekend and evening shifts, as well as flexible hours to meet the needs of our clients.

    Experience:

    • At least 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Assistant, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.

    Licence/Certification:

    • Certificate in Care Skills or Healthcare Support (desirable).
    • Full Clean Driver's License (required).

    Schedule:

    • Day shift
    • Evening shift
    • Weekend availability
    • Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients.
