    Description

    Program Coordinator Role in Global Learning

    This position is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading multinational pharmaceutical organization based in Dublin.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders at key manufacturing sites and functions to manage, coordinate, and execute programs targeting specific audiences.
    • Lead project management, develop schedules, and conduct meetings with clear agendas, inputs, and outputs.
    • Foster learner engagement before, during, and after program delivery.
    • Establish metrics for evaluating program and learner impact.
    • Ensure completion of learning solution components across various learner groups, where applicable.
    • Communicate with first-line managers about participant responsibilities, sponsorship, pull-through, post-event certifications as needed.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Learning Development, Project Management, and Program Coordination.
    • Manufacturing knowledge or acumen is preferred but not required.
