Senior Estimator Our Client:

Responsibilities:
Review and assess tender documentation, including interpreting drawings, specifications, and reports Prepare in-house tender review presentations Attend site visits for new project appraisals Prepare pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials Measure work in accordance with standards Manage tender documents Prepare tender queries and clarifications Price tender documents and identify project risks Identify opportunities for alternatives and value engineering proposals Collaborate with Project QS and Construction Team Maintain estimating data for reports and tender applications Assist in tender applications and work proposals Build and maintain relations with clients and design teams Continuously review and improve tender bid procedures Requirements: Main contractor background with on site operations experience Experienced in Building Construction Estimating / Tendering Ability to read drawings, specifications, and reports Clear and concise communication skills Problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Word and Excel; knowledge of Conquest is a plus Relevant diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction related discipline Skills:
