    • Demonstrated ability to lead senior cross-functional stakeholders and partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics

    The Customer Growth Engine (CGE) purposefully serves the EMEA sales teams in all industries across all segments and stages to help them achieve business growth and bookings pipeline coverage, reach greater levels of productivity by eliminating shadow activities, and improve customer engagement to accelerate time to business growth.

    The strategic customer growth team sets strategic direction for regional priorities against which demand generation, progression and conversion activities are planned and executed in support of the field. The approach encompasses how Google Cloud will scale the existing customer and commercial success and drive adoption of Google Cloud and ISV vertical and horizontal solutions and products.

    The team's deliverables are grounded in a strong understanding of our regional customer needs and aligned tightly with the global industry and solutions strategy to identify top opportunities for the specific industry. Creating regional business development programs, including partner activation and optimizing CGE synergies.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the EMEA Partner Growth plans aligned to GTM strategy covering all various partner types.
    • Collaborate with CGE peers, Business Development Reps, and Partner teams to build EMEA-wide and targeted CGE catalogue of Partner DG creation| progression activities.
    • Establish governance, cadence, and interlocks across CGE, Partner, BDR, and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Operationalize, track and measure the success of all launches and identify synergies to further scale motion across CGE.
    • Work closely with the Programs and Insights teams to develop and operationalize a data-driven 90 day insight framework for all partner growth plans and partner activities.
