    Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

    Nightingale Home Care Services is hiring Healthcare Assistants in Co. Galway and Co. Roscommon to provide quality person-centred care for 39 hours a week.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • The HCA will deliver high-level clinical care to patients.
    • The HCA will provide quality person-centred care that meets the needs of patients in the community.
    • The HCA will promote a caring environment that supports patients' physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs through professional practice.
    • The HCA will ensure high standards are met in assigned tasks and duties.

    In the course of employment, you may have access to information concerning clients' or staff members' medical or personal affairs. Such records and information are confidential and must comply with GDPR policy.

    Essential Criteria

    • QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent in a healthcare discipline.

    Desirable Criteria

    • Up to 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting.

    Requirements

    • Experience in healthcare: 1 year required.
    • English language proficiency required.
    • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support required.
    • Ireland work authorisation required.

    Estimated Salary: €31,500 per year.
