    This exciting opportunity invites a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Planner to join our team at a prestigious pharmaceutical client site in Limerick.

    In this critical position, you will collaborate with the onsite team to develop and execute asset management strategies, ensuring efficient maintenance and delivery of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing asset lifecycles for buildings, facilities, and equipment within a designated area.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize CMMS Maintenance System to optimize maintenance operations.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of IFM services and their impact on customers.
    • Foster a customer-centric approach, driving performance and delivering high-quality service while promoting cost-effectiveness.
    • Apply technical knowledge and skills across various disciplines, leveraging computerized maintenance management systems like Maximo/CMMS.
    • Evaluate and mitigate risks, hazards, and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
