- In conjunction with the project owners, maintain high standard of quality across all build works.
- Review daily works completions to ensure build is to client and Entegro specifications.
- Track any deviations found from source to closeout.
- Conduct on-site and off-site technical and visual quality audits.
- Manage own team daily works & KPI.
- Create project plans for right first-time solutions.
- Programme works with a detailed efficiency to ensure maximum output & in line with programme requirements.
- Upkeep of quality trackers ensuring accurate, and setup is user friendly.
- Ensure all workflow tools are setup correctly to closely monitor field quality performance and completed works, minimising use of labour-intensive daily data entries.
- Ensure that managers, office staff, field staff and sub-contractors using workflow tools correctly to ensure analytics run correctly.
- Monitor the project requirements meticulously, ensuring all tasks are undertaken in line with the agreed specifications.
- Issue scheduled reports to clients and Entegro management.
- Working knowledge of ISO and experience in working with ISO14001 andISO9001, (ISO50001 / is an advantage.
- Ensure quality reporting and work with operations and PMO to build highly effective measurement and KPIs system based on data.
- Drive continuous improvement relative to the role proposing refinements and new methods for a right fist time approach.
- Help produce scheduled handover files to the client.
- Identify knowledge or skills gaps and implement supportive corrective actions to meet these needs to help ensure competency levels are attained and maintained.
- Providing internal training and coaching to operational teams in specific subject matters
- Work with PMO Department to reach defined company targets within the projects you are managing quality performance on.
- Assist the PMO team in the delivery of Quality and Training initiatives throughout Entegro, in raising the operational standards and in contributing to the development and effective operations of Entegro.
- Lead the quality strategy implementation, identifying areas of improvement and strategic actions to develop a strong culture of quality and learning.
- Support the Implementation, design, and development of quality risk management processes. Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate and provide competent advice and recommendations.
- 3+ years in a similar position
- Skilled in FTTH networks (or similar), both survey & build.
- Experienced in field quality management – both visual and technical.
- Previous experience of managing field-based teams and subcontractors.
- Previous experience of liaising stakeholders with and reporting to your line manager.
- Flexible and adaptable to work challenges and open to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work to a high standard
- A high standard of written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Proficient in the use of tablet, phones, and PC's
- Previous experience within large scale network survey & builds.
- Qualification in quality management or similar
- Previous experience using ArcGIS.
