- Technical Requirements & Experience:
Hands-on experience (3+ years) with VMware ESX Server or Hyper-V. Proficiency in Exchange/O365/Azure Certified & Windows Server configurations. Knowledge of Firewall Configurations. Technical certifications (Microsoft, CISCO, VMware) would be advantageous. Storage Certification (Dell, EMC, Hitachi, or NetApp). TCP/IP networking setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Strong client-facing skills & excellent communication skills. Experience in Change Control management and Incident Management. Full clean drivers licence essential.
