Logistics Project Support - County Meath, Ireland - Cpl

My client based in Meath is seeking a Logistics Project Support.

This position will oversee the companies warehouse move to another provider. The project support is vital for supply chain to deliver on this focus area, supporting the complex and cross functional service provider move in Ireland.

This position will involve but not limited to

• Completing reports for supply chain
• Supporting both the current and new logistics provider with the move of products
• Take part and attend the daily meetings on site with regular updates on products, stock levels, targets etc
• Daily attendance to both the current and new provider sites – You must be available to travel between both locations
• Implement processes for the new warehouse provider
• Implement and Track KPIS
• Product checking for any damage
• Work closely with 3PLs, Customer Service, Product Supply
• Support the transition planning of the project, keeping track of incoming goods and orchestrate volumes between old factories, new warehouse and old warehouse.
• General administration

The role has no direct line reports, but is a vital member of the Physical Logistics & Supply Planning team.

The ideal candidate will have

• Administration or project support within Logistics or supply chain – This is a must
• Previous experience with SAP
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible working schedule
• Excellent communication skills
