    Description

    Job Title: Office Administrator

    • Location: South County Dublin, Ireland
    • Type: Permanent Position

    The successful candidate will be working for a company based in South County Dublin that provides case management services to individuals with catastrophic care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and empathetic individual to join the team.

    Salary: Up to €35k DOE (dependent on experience)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Communication and Support

    • Provide a welcoming environment for clients, answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally
    • Coordinate appointments and meetings, preparing materials for the CEO and case managers as required

    Administrative Support

    • Assist case managers and other staff members with administrative tasks, including paperwork, applications, and client correspondence
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations

    Office Management

    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
    • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Respond to client emergencies with calm and efficient action, coordinating immediate support and resources as needed
    • Manage daily calendars through Microsoft Outlook
    • Update social media and blog posts across various platforms
    • Maintain filing systems, correspondence, documents, and personal files

    Requirements:

    Candidate Profile

    • At least 2 years of experience in a busy office environment
    • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
    • Flexible approach, friendly disposition, and ability to work well as part of a team
    • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
