Summary of Post
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the OncoLize team as a Formulation Scientist. This role will involve active participation in a translational research project focused on intratumoral drug delivery, led by Prof. Helena Kelly. The project revolves around a patent-protected thermoresponsive hydrogel technology, licensed to the spin-out company OncoLize. The primary goal is to progress through pre-clinical studies, with the ultimate aim of translating the technology into First-in

• Human studies and commercialising the technology.

This role will report directly to the post-doctoral researcher leading on technical aspects of the project.

The formulation scientist role will entail supporting formulation development, preparation and characterisation, evaluation of raw materials, pharmaceutical analysis and stability testing.

In particular you will be closely involved in the preparation, packaging and supply of materials for pre-clinical testing and toxicology testing.

A successful outcome to this project may provide future career opportunities based in Leiden, the Netherlands where the OncoLize company is based, as the technology moves towards clinical translation.
