    Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a HRIS Business Analyst to join our team. Emagine is a high-end professional services consultancy and solutions firm specialising in providing business and technology services to clients in all sectors. We power progress, solve challenges and deliver real results through tailored high-end consulting services and solutions.

    This is a hybrid role and the consultant will be required on site 2 days a week in Citywest. This is a initial 3 month contract with view for further extensions.

    A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a HRIS Business Analyst would be:

    Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements related to HRIS systems, processes, and integrations.
  • Work closely with HR & IT stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Understand and analyse the configuration and change processes request.
  • Work with the internal support team to solution architect the business requirements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows, enhance system usability, and optimize the efficiency of HR operations.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our HRIS capabilities.
  • Some travel to the UK may be required.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in HRIS projects - ideally 10 years' experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • HRIS certification (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
