Immediate Company Description Our client is an Irish-owned subsidiary of a major player within the energy industry. The Irish business has a turnover of €200 million. The company is seeking to hire an experienced senior financial accountant. The company has a state-of-the-art canteen, providing staff with complimentary breakfast and dinner. It also operates a two-day-in-the-office hybrid. Position Description This is a full-time position with a nine-month fixed-term contract with a probability of being made permanent. Lead and motivate trainee accountants. Work with the wider finance team to foster excellent relationship. Oversee day-to-day financial transactions. Demonstrate a compliance-orientated mindset.

Ensure timely month-end closure with adequate controls and reconciliations Assist the CFO, Financial Controller, and FP&A team with annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning Experience & Expertise 10+ years experience.

ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified. Detailed-orientated individual who can demonstrate analytical thinking. Ability to work well with a team or independently. Confident communication and negotiation skills.
